Don't skip our FREE delicious & healthy breakfast buffet served daily - including freshly baked bread, fresh fruits, natural yogurts, vegetables, homemade hummus, jams, muesli & cereals, dried fruits, mixed nuts, chia seeds, cheeses, chorizo, eggs, soy milk and a delicious hot section with warm dishes varying throughout the week. Seafood & Vegetarian BBQ Dinner
EVERY WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY NIGHT
Every Wednesday & Sunday evening, The Salty Pelican crew cooks up a yummy Seafood BBQ including delicious grilled vegetarian options. We love to bring everyone of our guests together to eat, drink, socialise and make new lifetime friends. The BBQ is served outside in our garden usually and includes all the sides and locally sourced wines.
Portuguese Tapas & Wine Nights
EVERY FRIDAY & MONDAY NIGHT
Every Monday & Friday evening, we gather our guests together in our beautiful garden to taste a variety of different tapas... including grilled chorizo sausage, variety of pinchos, local olives, bacalhau fritters, calamari, sun dried tomato bruschetta, batata fritas and garlic & coriander grilled prawns. The delicious food variety is complimented with local red & white wines.

On your arrival day, a schedule is open to book your massages. We will pamper your bodies with a variety of relaxing massages. Really take the time to appreciate and absorb the special oils that your body and mind needs. Guided Meditation
Hike
MONDAY & THURSDAY
On both Monday & Thursday afternoons when we have no yoga classes scheduled... Instead we take you on an easy to moderate hike, to one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Portugal Here we will practice meditation right on the sand and enjoy the spectacular skies before the sunset. This activity will be one of the highlights of your stay with us and shouldn't be missed. This activity is not included in all packages but can be booked as an optional extra once you are here. Schedule can be affected by the weather.

THURSDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS
Usually on most Thursday & Saturday evenings our guests have the option to enjoy a freshly baked homemade sourdough pizza with their choice of topping and a nice glass of wine or refreshing ginger drink. Enjoy every bite in our garden poolside with some nice ambient music.
