GUIDED MEDITATION HIKE
On both Monday & Thursday afternoons when we have no yoga classes scheduled... Instead we take you on an easy to moderate hike, to one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Portugal Here we will practice meditation right on the sand and enjoy the spectacular skies before the sunset. This activity will be one of the highlights of your stay with us and shouldn't be missed. This activity is not included in all packages but can be booked as an optional extra once you are here. Schedule can be affected by the weather.

Experience the vibrant energy and rich culture of Lisbon with our self-guided city tour, just a convenient 20-minute Uber ride or a direct 30-minute train journey away from our retreat. Explore iconic landmarks such as the historic Alfama district, the imposing São Jorge Castle, and the majestic Belém Tower. Stroll along the picturesque streets of Baixa, indulge in delicious pastries at the famous Pastéis de Belém, and soak in panoramic views from the Miradouro de Santa Catarina.
